TaxGather is a document organization tool that uses AI to categorize your tax-related documents (receipts, W-2s, 1099s, etc.) and store them in your Google Drive. TaxGather does not file your taxes, provide tax advice, or serve as a tax preparation service.
You sign in using your Google account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old to use TaxGather.
All documents you upload through TaxGather are stored in your Google Drive, in a folder structure created by TaxGather. You own your data. We do not store your documents on our servers. If you stop using TaxGather, your files remain in your Google Drive.
TaxGather uses artificial intelligence to read and categorize your documents. While we strive for accuracy, AI categorization may contain errors. You are responsible for reviewing the categorization results and correcting any mistakes. TaxGather is not a substitute for professional tax advice.
TaxGather offers a free tier with limited document uploads per month, and paid plans with higher limits and additional features. Paid plans are billed monthly through Stripe. You may cancel at any time — your data remains in your Google Drive.
We also offer a Tax Season Pass — a one-time payment for full access during tax season (January through April). No recurring charges.
All paid plans include a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied, contact us within 30 days of purchase for a full refund.
